Hi, I’m Sr. Gianna! Since my entry to religious life in 2014, I’ve walked with children, teens, and adults through challenges of grief, trauma, and life transitions. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University and a postgraduate certificate in School Mental Health from Harvard Medical School. I’m also a Certified Field Traumatologist with additional certifications in compassion fatigue, child and adolescent trauma, disaster trauma, and spiritual direction. I love people and helping them discover resilience, hope, and the fullness of life. Rooted in Mary’s witness at the foot of the Cross, I find Christ, my Spouse, in each person’s suffering and desire to accompany them toward the peace and healing that only He can give. My services are offered virtually—by video or phone—so you can receive support from the comfort of your own space.
Who I work with: Children, adolescents, adults, families, and those in consecrated or religious life (including sisters, seminarians, priests, and monks)
Methods: CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Parts Work, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed, Person-Centered
